Teraplast becomes a Benefit Corporation

Teraplast takes a new step forward in its growth journey: the company has officially become a Benefit Corporation, adopting the new corporate name Teraplast S.p.A. – Benefit Corporation.

With this decision, Teraplast has formalized in its Articles of Association its commitment to pursuing, alongside its economic objectives, specific common-benefit purposes focused on people, communities, local areas, and the environment.

Becoming a Società Benefit makes explicit an approach that has long been part of the company’s vision and reinforces its commitment to integrating sustainability and social responsibility principles into its business development strategies in a structured way.

This new corporate status also entails a concrete commitment to monitoring and periodically reporting on activities and objectives related to its common-benefit purposes. Through its Sustainability Report and the Impact Report required under Italian Benefit Corporation legislation, Teraplast will continue to transparently communicate the initiatives undertaken and the results achieved.
